Installation Steps When installing the traction machine, it's important to follow specific procedures depending on the structure of the machine room. If the load-bearing beam is located beneath the floor, a reinforced concrete base should be constructed. This base should be approximately 30 mm larger than the traction machine chassis and have a thickness of 250–300 mm. Pre-buried bolts are used to secure the traction machine to the base. A damping rubber pad is placed between the load-bearing beam and the base to reduce vibrations, ensuring the machine is firmly fixed in place. The base and traction machine are further secured using a pressure plate and baffle, providing additional stability and preventing any movement during operation. If the load-bearing beam is positioned above the floor, the steel base of the traction machine can be connected directly to the beam’s bolts. For systems requiring vibration control, a vibration-damping device should be installed. This involves placing two steel plates, each about 20 mm thick, with a damping rubber pad in between. The upper plate is bolted to the traction machine, while the lower plate is welded to the load-bearing beam. To prevent displacement, a pressure plate and baffle plate are also added, as illustrated in Figure 1-43. In cases where the load-bearing beam is mounted on a reinforced concrete platform that is 600 mm above the machine room floor, a baffle plate and vibration-damping rubber pad should be placed on the platform. Two connecting steel plates are then installed, and the traction machine is fixed onto the steel plate. Positioning is achieved using a pressure plate and baffle to ensure proper alignment. To adjust the position of the traction wheel, a horizontal wire is fixed above the traction machine. From this wire, two vertical lines are hung down to the center points of the car frame and the counterweight. Using these reference points, the traction wheel’s position is calculated based on the center of the traction rope. After rounding the diameter of the wheel, another vertical line is drawn from the horizontal wire. Finally, the traction machine is aligned using these standard lines to ensure precision. Technical Requirements for Installation 1. Traction Wheel Position Deviation: The front-to-back (towards the counterweight) deviation should not exceed ±2 mm, and the left-to-right deviation should not exceed ±1 mm.
2. Traction Wheel Lead Traverse Error: Should not exceed 2.0 mm.
3. Parallelism Error between the Traction Sheave and Guide Wheel or Rewinding Wheel: Should not exceed ±1 mm.
The characteristics of the single-lever faucet are simple and easy to use, and the controllability is relatively strong, which is very popular with the majority of consumers; The double-handled faucet can bring users a more delicate water temperature feeling, and many friends who are more sensitive to temperature especially like this style of faucet; The faucet with a 90-degree switch can change the hot and cold water mode by itself, which is also a style that many consumers like now.
Shower faucet: It is installed above the shower room and is used to open hot and cold mixed water. The valve body is also mostly made of brass, and the appearance is chrome plated, gold plated, etc. The ways to open and close the water flow include screw lifting type, ceramic valve core type, etc. Shower faucets are available in hose showers and flush showers: thermostatic faucets with special functions, faucets with filter devices and faucets with pull-out hoses, etc., all of which have different requirements for installation.
