The middle vertical studs should be placed based on the panel width—typically no more than half the panel width plus a 5mm gap—and their spacing should not exceed 600mm. When two partition walls intersect, the vertical stud at the intersection must not be skipped. Cross members can be attached using support clips, clip holders, or connectors. If needed, blind rivets may also be used, but electric welding should be avoided to prevent damage to the steel. The spacing between transverse members should not exceed 1200mm. A vertical stud must be placed at the joint between panels to maintain alignment and strength. It is important not to cut or reduce the cross-sectional size of any keel, as this could compromise the structure. By following these guidelines, the light steel keel framework can meet all necessary requirements, helping to avoid quality issues caused by improper installation. During the construction process, regular inspections should be conducted, primarily through manual testing and visual checks to ensure everything is correctly aligned and securely fastened.
