When constructing, the tunnel invert base surface must be chiseled to ensure proper bonding. The chiseling area should cover at least 80% of the surface, and all debris must be thoroughly removed. Steel bar processing must strictly follow the specified dimensions, with secure binding and proper disconnection at expansion joints to meet the design requirements. Once the steel bars are in place and inspected, concrete pouring can proceed. The concrete grade must match the design specifications. During pouring, special attention should be given to the position of the vibration isolator's outer sleeve, ensuring that its height and flatness remain within acceptable limits.

The separator plastic is made from floor glue with a minimum thickness of 1 mm. When installing, the rough side should face up, and the smooth side down. Joints should be sealed using latex adhesive to prevent any leakage. The separator should be bonded to the tunnel walls at regular intervals using latex, ensuring it remains in place during construction. After the separator is laid and the outer sleeve of the isolator is positioned according to the design, the rail can be installed using the bracket rail method. When setting up the support brackets, a wooden backing plate should be placed between the leg and the outer sleeve (above the diaphragm) to protect the structure and avoid damage to the side wall. Rail height and level must be controlled as per the design, with the actual rail surface elevation set 40 mm lower than the design value to allow for a 40 mm jacking adjustment.

The lifting lugs on the outer sleeve and the upper reinforcement bars should be temporarily spot-welded based on site conditions to prevent movement. Then, the reinforcement should be tied, and the floating plate formwork installed. Once the track is properly aligned, shear joints should be symmetrically installed along the centerline of the track. Each floating plate requires four sets of shear hinges, with two on each side. These shear hinges should be level, located 170 mm above the bottom of the floating plate. After completing these steps and installing all related accessories, the floating plate concrete can be poured. To maintain structural integrity, each floating plate must be poured in one continuous operation, without interruption. The concrete strength must meet the design requirements to ensure long-term performance and safety.
