Industrial Oven Working Principle and Nature

The space between the outer casing and the working chamber is filled with aluminum silicate fiber, which provides excellent thermal insulation. The oven operates using a digital temperature display meter connected to a PT100 temperature sensor, allowing precise control over the internal temperature. It employs a hot air circulation system, which can be either horizontal or vertical in design. This system uses an air supply motor to drive a fan, which circulates heated air through ducts into the working chamber. After heating, the air is drawn back into the duct, creating a continuous cycle that ensures even temperature distribution throughout the oven. This feature significantly improves temperature uniformity, reducing hot spots and cold zones.
If the oven door is opened frequently, the air circulation system quickly restores the desired operating temperature, minimizing downtime and maintaining process efficiency.
