NO.1 bracket installation and acceptance

Bracket is considered as the basis of photovoltaic power plant

Acceptance notice:

5. The antiseptic treatment of the bracket should meet the design requirements.

NO.2 PV module installation acceptance

Photovoltaic modules are the most valuable part of photovoltaic power plants

Acceptance notice:

1. The appearance of photovoltaic modules, junction boxes and connectors should be intact and free of scratches and cracks.

2. The indirect plug-in connection of PV modules should be firm, and the connection lines should be handled neatly and beautifully.

3. The tilt angle of PV module installation should not be greater than ±1o.

4. The edge height difference of adjacent PV modules is less than or equal to 2mm, and the edge height difference of PV modules in the same group is less than or equal to 5mm.

5. The insulation resistance of the square array should meet the design requirements.

6. After the photovoltaic modules are connected in series, they shall test the open circuit voltage and short-circuit current of the photovoltaic string.

NO.3 Inverter and other equipment installation acceptance

Photovoltaic inverters play a central system role in photovoltaic power plants

Acceptance notice:

1. The identification of the confluence box should be complete, and the connection between the box and the bracket should be firm.

2. The appearance and main components of the inverter should not be damaged and damp, and the components should not be loose or lost.

3, the inverter's label content should meet the requirements, should indicate the connection point and polarity of the load.

4. Insulation protection shall be provided at the AC side interface of the inverter.

5. The connection between the inverter and the foundation should be solid and reliable.

6. The installation and acceptance of transformers and transformers shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Construction and acceptance specifications for power transformers, oil immersed reactors and transformers for electrical installations".

NO.4 cable installation acceptance

Improper cable selection is prone to fire hazards

Acceptance notice:

1. The specifications of DC cables should meet the design requirements; the signs should be fully installed, correct and clear.

2. The fixed, bending radius and related distances of DC cables shall meet the design requirements.

3. All grounding contacts and grounding electrodes of the DC cable should be in good contact. The grounding resistance should meet the design requirements.

4, fire prevention measures should meet the design requirements.

5. Acceptance of AC cable installation shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cables for Electrical Installations."

NO.5 Power Station Monitoring System Installation Acceptance

Acceptance notice:

1. The size, type and location of the armoured cable should meet the design requirements. The cable arrangement should be neat and beautiful, and the cover should be free from damage. The cables after lashing should be close to each other, the appearance should be straight and tidy, and the distance between the clasps should be even and moderate.

2. The signal transmission mode and transmission distance of the signal transmission line should be matched. The signal transmission quality should meet the design requirements.

3, signal transmission line and power cable should be separated and placed, and reliable grounding.

4. The installation of the environmental monitoring instrument should not be less than 3, and the installation location needs to have a wide field of view, and in the year of sunrise and day, there must be no more than 5 degrees of obstruction in the azimuth.

5, the communication system should meet the scheduling automation, relay protection, security, automatic devices and other requirements for power communications.

NO.6 lightning protection and grounding installation acceptance

Acceptance notice:

1. The construction of lightning protection systems for photovoltaic power stations should be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the design documents.

2. The metal frame of the ground-based photovoltaic system should be reliably connected to the main grounding grid; the photovoltaic module should be reliably grounded to the frame.

3. The grounding of the electrical equipment, such as the combiner box and the inverter, should be solid and reliable, and the conduction should be good. The metal panel door should be reliably grounded with the bare copper flexible conductor and metal frame or grounding bar.

4. The grounding resistance of photovoltaic power stations should meet the design requirements (usually less than 4Ω).
