First, construction preparation

Second, the construction process

Prepare before installation → Check the installation accuracy of the crossbeam → Install the waterproof strip → Install the gutter → Assembly adhesive waterproof glue cotton (can be carried out at the same time with the first two items) → Install the components → Install the briquette → Check and acceptance / Installation is completed

Third, the construction method

1. Check the accuracy of the installation of the beam in the early stage. It is not allowed to have a large deviation from the design requirements. If there is a large deviation, it is required to rework according to the requirements of the drawing. The steel structure welding must have a relevant acceptance certificate.

2, cut the waterproof tape into the required size, waterproof tape has a certain amount of expansion and contraction, need to leave the corresponding margin.

3. Install the cut waterproof Rubber Strip in the corresponding slot of the water chute. The T-shaped part of the waterproof rubber strip must be completely stuck in the guide trough of the water chute. The waterproof rubber strip and the guide trough of the water chute are divided into two parts. Be careful when distinguishing.

4. Install the water chute: the water chute connects the fixing bolts with the C-shaped steel mounting holes through the bolts. The upper end of the bolts is equipped with a sealant pad. When tightening the bolts, use a torque wrench to tighten them. The required strength is moderate, looseness is not allowed, and the seal is not allowed. Damaged pad.

The distance between the left and right sides of the gutter is 1000mm±1.5. The gutter ensures that the lower end is flush and the error is ±3mm. The installation sequence of the gutter is 2+N. Install the components after installing the two gutters, and then install the components after each installation. And so on. After the installation is complete, remove the protective film from the water chute. The mounting bolts are required to fit easily into the gutter and C-shaped steel mounting holes.

5. Before installing the components, affix the waterproof glue on the upper frame of the component, and stick it firmly and firmly to ensure that the lower side of the waterproof glue is flush with the upper frame of the component. No wrinkles are allowed on the entire frame surface. When the corners are bent, the wrinkles should be left at the long corners, or trimmed with scissors.

6, the installation of components:

6.1 Install components from the lower end to the upper end. The clearance between the upper and lower borders of each adjacent component shall be within 5mm. When installing, the upper and lower edges of the assembly shall be glued at both ends of the facade. The underside of each component shall be pressed against the lower component. On the upper frame, when the assembly is installed, it is necessary to slightly move the components up and down so that the components are in proper positions;

6.2 Sealant seals are required for large gaps after installation. Excessive squashing is prohibited. Sealant residue is not allowed to adhere to the components. Avoid brute operations during installation.

6.3 Leakage prevention requirements: The entire greenhouse component parts are not allowed to leak, if the leakage exceeds 5, each leakage penalty is 50 yuan, and there is no condition to repair until there is no leakage, if there is no leakage in a greenhouse inspection, a shed incentive 200 yuan.

6.4 In the process of component installation, the front glass and back plate of the module shall not be scratched, and the scratched components shall be prohibited from being installed and shall be stored in isolation. There shall be no damage rate of the entire project components, and any damage to the components caused by all construction parties shall be compensated according to the price. Intentionally damaged, there will be additional fines.

6.5 Flatness of component installation: The height difference between adjacent components does not exceed 2mm, and the height difference between the east-west axis of the entire greenhouse area does not exceed 5mm.

6.6 Component edge height difference, height difference between adjacent components does not exceed 1mm. The entire plane angle of the assembly is 20° with a deviation of ≤1°.

6.7 Check whether the outer packing box is damaged before unpacking the components. In case of any damage, promptly notify the manufacturer, supervisor, material member, and site management technician to confirm on site. If there is no on-site confirmation, the damage of the components will be borne by the constructor.

7, pressure block installation:

7.1 At the same time as assembly installation or component installation, press the block to the size of the drawing. After the clamp nut is tightened, it must be “crossed” into the gutter. It is not allowed that the clamp nut has a “vertical” orientation. The block nut is divided into two sides, with the indentation surface above.

7.2 The installation of the pressure block must use the installation tools, the current installation tools for the wood, the installation personnel must have protective measures when installing the pressure block. The safety ropes must be secure and must be tied to the installers. They must remove the planks and safety ropes at any time with the installers. The safety measures are not in place, the planks and safety ropes are not removed, and a fine of 1,000 yuan is found.

7.3 The briquetting shall be installed in a timely manner. With the installation of the shed, if the briquetting of the construction teams is not installed in time, the components will fall down. In addition to the compensation for the loss of materials, the construction will be subject to additional fines.

7.4 It is not allowed to step on any part of the assembly during the entire briquetting installation and a fine of RMB 1,000 is found. Put people and heavy objects away. Bolt tightening force should be moderate when installing the clamp.

7.5 The pressure block should be installed in full according to the required quantity. No leakage pressure phenomenon is allowed.

8, leak-proof requirements: The entire greenhouse components do not allow leakage of the phenomenon, if more than 5 leakage points, fined 50 yuan for each leak, and no conditions to repair until no leakage. If there is no leak in one shed, the reward is 200 yuan.

9. Inspection and acceptance: The installation of the whole power station adopts the form of inspection and acceptance of the side of the installation. Each workman in the work needs to ensure that the self-test is qualified. After the installation is completed, a comprehensive inspection and acceptance is required.

Fourth, quality requirements

1. The distance between the left and right sides of the gutter is 1000mm ± 1.5. The installation of the gutter ensures that the bottom is flush with an error of ±3mm.

2. The water chute and the C-shaped steel are fixed and sealed by mounting bolts and sealing gaskets. The connections must be secure and water-proof.

3. The clearance between the upper and lower borders of each adjacent component is within 5mm. Sealed sealant is required at the place where there is a gap; the underside of each component needs to conform to the upper frame of the lower component.

4. After the clamp nut is tightened, it needs to be “crossed” into the gutter. It is not allowed to have a “vertical” phenomenon on the nut. Bolt tightening force should be moderate when installing the clamp.

5. Flatness of component installation: The height difference between adjacent components does not exceed 2mm, and the height difference between east-west axis components in the entire greenhouse area does not exceed 5mm.

6. The height of the edge of the component is not high, and the height difference between adjacent components is not more than 1mm. The entire plane angle of the assembly is 20° with a deviation of ≤1°.

7. After the installation, there is a gap where the sealant seal is required. Excessive glue injection is prohibited. Sealant residue is not allowed to remain on the assembly. Avoid brute operations during installation.

8, the entire assembly is not allowed to bear weight, eliminate personnel, heavy objects placed above.

9. Anti-leakage requirement: No rain leakage is allowed in the whole greenhouse component part. If there are more than 5 leakage points, each leakage point will be fined 50 yuan, and there will be no conditions for repair until there is no leakage. If there is no leak in one shed, the reward is 200 yuan.

10. Incomplete installation requirements shall be guided by field technicians.
