In the first half of 2013, Shandong Port exported 1.581 million tons of fertilizers by general trade, an increase of 85.2%, accounting for 73.9% of the total exports of chemical fertilizers at the Shandong Port at the same time. Among them, July exports reached 1.015 million tons, and monthly exports exceeded million tons for the first time.
During the same period, 456,000 tons of fertilizers were imported by general trade, a decrease of 50.6%, accounting for 74.3% of the total imports.
