5. Adjust the viscosity of the ink or change the ink.

Phenomenon: After the plastic woven bag is printed, the ink layer is out of color.

2. The temperature and relative humidity of the printing workshop are too large.

3. The dissolved hydrogen bonding force of the ink system is too different from the dissolved hydrogen bonding force of the woven bag substrate.

There are three ways to solve this problem:

2. Try to control the relative humidity of the workshop between 50% and 60%, but not too low. When it is lower than 40%, it is easy to generate static electricity. The room temperature is best controlled at 18-23 degrees, and the environment is kept clean and air circulated.
