Ceramic insulating paint makes leakage no longer exist

Ceramic insulating varnish is a cutting-edge type of functional lacquer, specifically designed for high-temperature insulation applications. It is a water-based inorganic coating that utilizes nano-inorganic compounds as its core components, with water serving as the primary dispersing medium. This innovative material is applied through coating and then cured at low temperatures to form a ceramic-like insulating film. The technology has been successfully developed by the National Aeronautical Materials Research Institute and Beijing Zhisheng Weihua Chemical Co., Ltd. after years of collaborative research, achieving performance levels that surpass international standards. This high-temperature ceramic insulating varnish exhibits exceptional properties such as excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, wear resistance, and high hardness. It also demonstrates strong oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, and a moderate coefficient of thermal expansion, making it ideal for use in high-speed and supersonic aerospace structures. The material is particularly effective under extreme temperature conditions, where traditional coatings may fail. The ZS-1091 high-temperature ceramic insulating varnish, developed by Zhisheng Weihua, can withstand long-term exposure to temperatures up to 1800°C. It features a volume resistivity exceeding 10¹⁶ Ω·m and a dielectric strength greater than 10⁴ kV/m. Its formulation includes pure inorganic polymer solutions and high-resistance inorganic crystal materials like α-alumina, silicon nitride, and high-grade mica. This ensures outstanding chemical stability, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, along with no flash point or ignition risk. The coating’s hardness exceeds 7H, making it highly durable. The ZS-1091 coating not only provides strong mechanical strength but also resists both mechanical and thermal shocks. It is suitable for continuous operation at high temperatures and is ideal for insulating fire-resistant cables. When applied, the lacquer is sintered at high temperatures to form a hard, ceramic-like layer that effectively prevents flame propagation and protects the underlying substrate from damage. This innovation represents a significant advancement in insulation technology, offering new possibilities for future applications in extreme environments. Steel Wire Wound UHMWPE Composite Pipe

cross helically wound steel wires reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite wear-resistant pipe(SRUP)is a composite pipe formed by taking the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) inner pipe as the matrix, using the high-strength steel wire wrapped with adhesive resin as thereinforcementand the high-strength polyethylene as the protective layer. The matrixreinforcement and protective layer are tightly connected with adhesive resinand are formed by melting composite.
