In order to enhance public awareness of safety production across society, the Hunan Provincial Safety Committee has taken comprehensive measures to promote and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on safety production. Second, propaganda and mobilization efforts have been thoroughly carried out. The organizing committees at all levels have actively used multiple channels such as government websites, TV, radio, and newspapers to spread information about the campaign. Safety supervision departments and related units have visited communities and companies to raise awareness and encourage businesses to tailor their activities based on their industry needs. In 2014, the theme of the "Safety Production Month" was integrated with corporate culture, leading to diverse and engaging events that attracted public attention. The Provincial Security Office launched initiatives like the "Treasure for Life, Concern for Safety" microfilm and animation competition, participated in national occupational disease prevention contests, and held a selection of "My Micro Words on Safety" Weibo messages.

Thirdly, guidance and supervision have been strengthened. Safety inspection departments have combined ongoing special actions, such as self-inspection and correction of safety hazards, with regular supervision, law enforcement, and accident investigations. These efforts include face-to-face oversight to ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed during the campaign.

Fourth, exchanges, interactions, and evaluations have been properly managed. To encourage active participation from all sectors, the Provincial Organizing Committee has tracked local activities, increased media coverage, and conducted assessments in early July. Awards for outstanding organizations, innovative events, and effective publicity will be given across the province. Additionally, best practices from different regions and departments are being shared widely to promote continuous improvement in safety awareness and practices.
