On January 16, the Ningguo City Tourism and Culture Bureau led a comprehensive safety inspection of the city's A-rated scenic spots during the two major holiday periods. A joint inspection team, composed of representatives from the tourism, transportation, public security (fire prevention), and religious sectors, conducted thorough checks at various A-rated attractions in Ningguo. Additionally, the team emphasized the importance of managing tourist flow and vehicle movement to avoid overcrowding and stampedes. They ensured that emergency exits and evacuation routes remained unobstructed, fire equipment was functional, and fire safety systems were well-established. The inspection also included checking whether staff had received proper fire safety training, whether personnel in the fire control room were present, and whether emergency evacuation plans were effectively practiced.
