Explain the importance of good insulation of transformers from three points

Anyone who has studied physics knows that the transformer is produced by the winding of the coil on the iron core under the action of electricity. This device is not only widely used in the power supply field, but also gradually applied to mechanical equipment, electronic equipment, etc. In the field, in the daily use of this equipment, we must pay special attention to the maintenance of its insulation goodness. Here we mainly explain the importance of the good insulation of the transformer from three points:
1. Prevent accidental damage to the insulation. When the transformer is repaired, the coil or the insulating sleeve should be protected. If any damage is found, it should be dealt with in time.
2, to prevent transformer overload operation: If long-term overload operation, it will cause the coil to heat up, so that the insulation gradually aging, causing inter-turn short circuit, phase-to-phase short circuit or short circuit to ground and oil decomposition;
3, to prevent transformer core insulation aging damage: iron core insulation aging or clamping bolt casing damage, the core will cause a large eddy current, causing long-term heating of the core caused by insulation aging;
