The function of the general-purpose programming software is to select the part to be cut drawn by the drawing software (such as: AutoCAD) according to the numerical control cutting process, and finally convert it into the numerical control processing G code instruction. There are many such software, such as: FastCAM, IBE, StarCAM, SmartNest and so on. Each CNC cutting programming software differs depending on the version, and the cutting process it supports varies.
Professional CNC cutting programming software is a CNC cutting programming software that is introduced for a specific industry. Such as: Wentai software for the advertising industry, PM2000 for cutting galvanized ducts, etc. This kind of software is specially designed for a certain industry to carry out special optimization and function expansion, which can realize a set of software internal parts design, material discharge, cutting and processing program output integration operation.  


CNC cutting machine programming common problems and solutions
First, the programming software can not open or opened too slowly.
The software is used for too long, and the program spawns too many junk files and should be cleaned or reinstalled.

Second, the output of the program pattern found certain color lines (will seriously affect cleavage, destruction of the workpiece) ----- garbled software outputs, to find the corresponding code into the program codes manually remove or modify the pattern. The program is named incorrectly and cannot be Chinese characters when naming.
