Excavator Hydraulic System Oil Change Method Analysis

Open the fuel tank cap, remove the fuel filter check, the bottom of the tank and the corners of the residual oil contains metal powder or other impurities. Thoroughly wash the tank and wash it with diesel twice. Then dry the inside of the tank with compressed air. Check whether there are residual sludge impurities in the internal corner until it is cleaned, and then rinse it with new oil. Remove the oil pipes in the return line, such as the main control valve to the full-flow filter return filter. Clean the oil pipe and filter to the tank oil cooler. Unscrew the rotary control valve to the oil return pipe of the filter and the replenishing pipe of the swing motor, and remove the oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic pump.

Disconnect the pilot line and return to the oil line.

Each connector is plugged with a nylon plug or used to clean the system and contaminate the system.

Remove the filter element from all filters in the system. When replacing the filter element, carefully check whether there is metal powder or other impurities on the filter element so as to broaden the wear of the parts in the system.

Discard the old oil in the motor chamber and fill it with new oil.

Install the previously removed tubing. Before installing each oil pipe, it is necessary to re-clean the pipe joint and clean it with a silk cloth. It is forbidden to wipe the pipe joint with a fabric such as a cotton yarn towel. When installing the screw joint, a sealing tape should be used, and the direction of rotation of the thread should be reversed. The pipe joints should be installed and connected in order according to the specified torque.

Fill the tank with fuel from 0. The refueling filter element is installed first, then the new oil barrel is opened, the new oil is injected into the tank with the oil filter, and the oil is added to the upper limit of the oil standard to cap the refueling cap.

Replace the old oil in each of the following action circuits. Before the oil change of each circuit, the machine should be in a state where the piston rod of the bucket cylinder completely extends and the piston rod of the arm cylinder is completely retracted and the bucket is freely placed on the ground.

Boom circuit. Put the bucket on the ground and pull the handles back and forth several times. Disassemble the tubing connector of the boom cylinder without cylinder, take off the old oil in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, and then operate the boom handle to slow the lifting direction. Pull the handle slowly, until the connector reaches new oil, and then clean the pipe joint and connect it; loosen the boom tubing tubing connector, operate the boom handle, slowly pull the handle in the direction of the landing, until Exhaust the new oil from the tubing; operate the boom handle and slowly pull the handle in the direction of the lift to drain the old oil from the rod chamber, clean the fittings and connect them; operate the boom to raise and lower it several times to eject the system In the air.

Bucket circuit. Loosen the bucket cylinder and slowly move the handle to the rod cavity, until the pipe joint discharges new oil, clean the pipe joint and connect it; disassemble the rodless cavity tubing connector, slowly raise the boom to make the bucket away from Ground about 1.5 and then slowly operate the bucket handle, so that the outer turn to the top, drop the boom, so that the bucket is on the ground; operate the bucket handle, slowly move the handle to the inside of the bucket, so as to discharge the tubing The old oil is used to clean the pipe joints and connect them; raise the boom so that the bucket moves from the ground 25 to the bucket inwards and outwards several times to discharge the air remaining in the circuit.

Stick loop. Disassemble the stick cylinder and pull the handle slowly, and then pull out the old oil in the tubing until the new oil flows out. Clean the fittings and connect them. Release the rod-tube fittings of the stick cylinder and let go. The old oil in the rod cavity slowly pulls the handle toward the outboard direction of the stick, pushes out the old oil in the pipe and discharges the new oil into the soil, cleans the pipe joints and connects them; lifts the inside and outside of the boom to turn Stick several times.

When all the oils have been exchanged and the pipe joints are properly connected, the residual air in the system must be discharged again, because this residual air will cause poor lubrication, vibration noise, and performance degradation. Therefore, the engine should be operated at least 5 after changing the oil! The boom bucket bucket and rotary motion are slowly and repeatedly operated several times; if the traction system is in the unilaterally raised position, the hydraulic oil can fill the entire system, and the remaining air is automatically discharged through the tank after being exercised. Drop it. Finally close the air release valve.

Recheck fuel tank level. Completely retract the bucket cylinder piston rod and fully retract the piston rod of the arm cylinder. Lower the boom so that the bucket moves to the ground. Check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is between the upper limit and the lower limit of the oil level gauge. If the oil level is below the lower limit, Add oil to the oil surface near the upper limit.

1 During the oil change process, when the fuel tank is not refueled, and the hydraulic pump and motor chamber are not filled with oil, starting the engine is prohibited.

2 During the oil change process, stoppers must be placed before and after the crawler belts, and the rotation mechanism should be locked. When the bucket bucket arm and boom are moved, it is forbidden to stand in the area below or within the movement range.

3 When removing each pipe joint, make sure that the system is free to be placed on the ground, and confirm that the pipe can be disassembled when there is no pressure. When dismantling, people should try to avoid the direction of leakage of the joints; wear protective glasses when working.

4 When the excavator swings or walks on the upper part, the driver must press the horn to make an alert. The upper station is strictly prohibited, as well as people standing in the crawler and slewing range.

When disassembling, do not damage the joints, threads, etc. of the pipe joints of the hydraulic system.

At the job site, smoking and open fire are strictly prohibited.

When changing the oil, it is best to complete the day, do not overnight, because at night or when cooling, the water in the air will form water vapor and condense into water droplets or frost, and into the system to rust the metal parts, causing hidden trouble.

The oil pressure in the engine of the torque converter and the rear axle housing will lose its proper sealing effect when the crankshaft rear oil seal ages out or is improperly assembled, resulting in pressure oil in the torque converter toward the engine oil. Leakage in the shell; if the crankshaft oil seal is not replaced as soon as possible, it will affect the normal operation of the machine, and may also lead to a large mechanical accident.

After replacing the crankshaft, the oil seal is a relatively troublesome task. First, the cab with many connecting parts is suspended, and then the oil seal is replaced. This is laborious and time-consuming, and it also increases the repair cost.

Later, a simple method was found. With only three people working together, they could successfully accomplish the following specific practices in the construction site as follows: 1. First, dig a 1.6-wide-0.9-thick and 0.8-thick pit on a dry, flat ground. The horizontal block on the pit can withstand a board weight of about 3008.

Move the bulldozer with the oil pan guard removed to place it in the pit and remove the oil and hydraulic transmission oil in the oil pan and torque converter.

Use steel wire or multi-strand wire to fix the 1. and 1 chain hoists on the instrument frame of the bulldozer cab, so that the two hooks of the torque converter can be lifted to remove the torque converter and drop it. Go to the pit plank and cover it with a clean greenhouse cloth. At the same time, all overflow valve safety valves or hose connectors on the aircraft are tightly packed.

4 After removing the flywheel, the crankshaft rear oil seal can be replaced. Take care when removing old oil seals. Do not use mammoths. If it cannot be removed, use a copper rod to drill the old oil seal inwards, and install a new oil seal on the outside that faces the torque converter. Because the location is wide enough, two oil seals can be installed back to back, which proves to be effective.

After replacing the crankshaft rear oil seal with the above method, it can be carried out at any site in the field. However, attention should be paid to selecting the weather with no wind and no rain, so as to avoid intensifying engine and hydraulic drive train precision parts due to the invasion of dusty sewage. Wear and tear.

Since there is no need to lift the cab, it also significantly raises ergonomics and reduces repair costs.

Peristaltic Pump

The micro peristaltic pump is suitable for many general fields such as laboratories, pharmaceutical industry, fine chemicals, water treatment, environmental protection engineering, food and beverage production dosage additives, acid supplementation and alkali defoaming in technological fermentation systems, scientific experiments, etc. The mini peristaltic pump is pollution-free, the liquid only touches the pump tube, the transmission accuracy is high, and it is easy to clean. It can work again only by replacing the pump tube.
